No Matter How You Say It;

"63% of 3,000 children that were surveyed were verbally abused by their parents."

No matter how you say it, if it's said to hurt someone then it most likely will. Be careful with the words you use against your children. "Your stupid. Your not good enough. Seriously are you fucking retarded? You'll turn out just like your mom, a cracked out whore."
Words hurt more than broken bones and bruises. Think before you speak and be aware of what you say. When you say hurtful things their never forgotten, I remember hurtful names from way back in 3rd grade. They stick with you and never leave, your bruises heal and your broken bones grow back together with in time but the words are the things that stick with you the most. I promised myself to never end up like my dad and thats a promise I'm going to keep, never do you lay your hands on your children or call them hurtful names, it's just not right.
I'm really tired though I'll update my blog later.
